This is actually the first I've heard of it. Not exactly pleased, though it's not the end of the world if they know how many of a certain type of missile we have if we know more or less what they have. Can't say as I'm that surprised either after some of the other leaks that have come out. We knew from Day 1 Obama wouldn't be as friendly to us as Bush/Clinton etc. Actually it's not in most of the newspapers, though I found this with 2000 comments (mostly by Americans!):

Not yet. This president just stabbed a major ally in the back. It's time for the Senate to revoke START. And you can bet the leadership in Taiwan, South Korea and Japan is playing close attention to how Obama handles America's "friends".

Obama is creating a very dangerous world.

Wait, I thought Obama was going to restore our international reputation? Is this how he plans to do so? Throw our allies under the bus to appease those not so friendly to our interests?

Britain has been one of our staunchest allies and this is how he treats them. Absolutely despicable and shameless. What an asshat.

I subscribe to a couple of UK message boards and this is being discussed on at least one of them. They don't seem to be too bothered about it.

Yes, that is exactly what he plans to do, as long as it benefits him politically.

Imagine the feigned outrage from the left had Bush done this. Not a peep from them when Barry does it.

All we need to know form this is that: 1: that's how the world works, you don't think the Brits or the Israelis spy on us? Do you really believe that someone high up in GB didn't know about this and sign off on it? You do what's best for your nation, and when it comes to Russia, being able to have tabs on them and keep count of their nukes so it doesn't get in the hands of terrorist is a lot better than whether or not the Russians have to guest how many Trident's a British sub has. 2nd: Who are we kidding? Do you really think that the entire GB defense grid can now be overrun by Ivan? If this was under Bush, you guys would be saying that he's putting his country first and move on.
