They don't have to guess ... everyone knows. That means they know how many warheads the UK can deliver at a given time. What they do not know is where those subs are at any one time.

I remember reading that Obama's grandfather was tortured by the Brits in Kenya at some point. Can't tell you where I read it though.

If true it would explain Obama's dislike of Britian. Can't say I would blame him either. Though he should do his best to not let family history affect policy decisions.

If anything about Kenya is driving his decision making on behalf of 300,000,000 or so American's interests, we're in big trouble.
