No what ifs there. It's amazing how you people panick over the slightest aberration by some marginal left leaning group but will let this kind of crap fly on hugely popular TV shows.

I'm following the news, yes, but I don't live my life acting like a cornered animal like you do so I'm not worried. Egyptians want change and it is up to them to decide what they want, including Islamic rule. All the more power to them.

You should stop worrying about third world countries.

Stupidity implies a lack of intelligence. Yes, some people are plain dumb. But some people are also vulnerable because they are ignorant or emotionally fragile and easily impressionable.
One thing you seem to excel at are assumptions. With statements like "you people" and "I don't live my life acting like a cornered animal like you do", you show it is you who are ignorant and not those emotionally fragile and easily impressionable folks who you are so concerned with.

I'm certainly glad we have people like you to set them straight. Sounds a bit like what you hate about Beck, doesn't it?

Left's Egypt Conspiracy Accusations Lack Facts - FOXNews.com (http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/glenn-beck/transcript/lefts-egypt-conspiracy-accusations-lack-facts - broken link)

Here is a photo of Bernadine Dohrn. This is Bill Ayers' wife. We'll get to the flower in her hair one of these days because there is a message there. You're not going to believe me. It's crazy.

"During this span, Beck connected the violence in Egypt to, among other things, Islamic socialists." Yes. "Marxist communists." Yes. "Food prices," of course. "Bill Ayers." Yes. "Code Pink." Yes. "ACORN co-founder Wade Rathke." Yes. "The Tides Foundation's Drummond Pike." Sure. "The Muslim Brotherhood." And the AFL-CIO.
And a Partridge in a Pear tree.

I don't care what you guys say, that's just awesome in its awesomeness. If you can understand it.

I mean, if you're not part of the left, otherwise it's probably difficult for you to follow it, with your tiny, reptillian brains.

You don't think being terrified of WW3 because of unrest in a poor country is over the top? Because that is what Beck sells. Read the transcript...no assumption there. I think anyone sane would argue that these fears are irrational.

That made no sense whatsoever. I,m not even gonna explain why.

Bad news for ya but the righties here talk like that all the time here, so I guess they are also emotionally fragile according to You, or do you select only someone you consider left leaning to admonish?

A FLOWER IN A WOMAN'S HAIR HAS A SECRET MEANING and CONCERNS A DISSERTATION ON EGYPT.

Teach me more, Mr. Beck, I am your loyal follower.

Liberals will never understand the meaning of the flower.

Delusion. Paranoia. Deception. Fear. These are not properties solely of the left...or the right for that matter. They are human characteristics and they are magnified when it comes to matters of politics and religious ideologies and certainly in times of economic hardship like we are experiencing now. We average folk are easy targets to begin with but are even more vulnerable when the going gets tough. The audiences for all these shows, Beck's included, tend to increase accordingly in times like these.

I for one, will not take the advice of anyone who believes they are a true Democrat or a true Republican, regardless of their level of sincerity or expertise, as I don't believe either party truly represents the average person. If reports that Goldman Sachs was the single biggest campaign contributor to both George Dubya's last victory and Obama's latest victory, have any truth to them, it should point to who is really being represented here. And my brothers and sisters, in the words of Robert Zimmerman, "It ain't me babe. No, no, no. It ain't me babe."

He is simply pointing out these facts and saying that the media won't even report on any of it. That is part of the dumbing down of America and the media is helping.
I watch Beck almost every day, and I watch the show to it's conclusion. Beck like most pitchmen have an agenda that isn't always obvious to the uninitiated, most of his faithful viewers think of him as a guy who just happened to get on TV for the purpose of enlightening the masses. In his book titled Propaganda Jaques Ellul made a good point when he wrote that all successful propagandists must utilize the truth as well as their own particular forms of fabrication. The mainstream US media always was and always will be the tool of those who really control America, Fox is just another outlet for that elite groups message. Real control always included the caveat that required the controller to report both sides to any event, slanted of course to their own ends. Fox and the likes of Glenn Beck should never be thought of as a good source of alternative news, his tirades against the New York papers are just smoke but make him sound as though he is the teller of truth. Of course the truth of the current situation in Egypt won't be known to the American public because they think they've heard both sides to the tale.

I've noted that Beck uses his "props" (various screens, flip charts, graphs,) to a distinct advantage, dazzling the audience with these displays and creating the assumption that his presentation is sooo complex that all that bling is necessary. Finally, his whole, "I'm mad as hell" indignant posturing is really the best tool because it is this speaking method that is common to all propagandists. Americans are afraid right now, they feel as if the rest of the world is surrounding them and openly hostile, not to mention the fear of such domestic name tags like "the progressives", "right wing zealots", "left wing libturds", etc.

Germans in the twenties to the thirties thought this way also, Americans have been the aggressors in many conflicts yet maintain a national face to the contrary, likewise for Germany. The similarities in today's economy when compared to Germany in the thirties, mass unemployment, men returning from war, should be enough for the average citizen to be aware that in times like these the stage is set for any and all "bringers of light", those who think they have the answer to the nations problems, Glenn Beck is just one of many who want to ride to glory on the back of a nations despair.

i found this useful conspiracy generator online:

Are you kidding me? [ event ] was a total sham! Think about it! Everyone knows that [ appeal to precedent ]. And have you noticed that [ ruling elite ] has started to act very strangely? They obviously don’t want this story getting out. I mean, what would happen if people began asking [ disturbing question ]? Well, they may be able to fool the sheeple, but the members of [ dedicated group of truth-seekers ] aren’t swallowing their story. Look, don’t take it from me; [ expert endorsement ] is convinced as well. But we have to act fast, because [ suggestion of imminent threat ]. Thanks for expanding on sentiments I touched upon in my last post.

Oh yeah...here are a couple more "domestic name tags" as you put it...Democraps and Rethuglicans...

How pathetic that you have to latch onto the flower thing he said. Maybe you just need to wait and see what it means so that reptilian brain can absorb some well needed education.
