I like Obama. I voted for him and I probably will again in 2012, but that also could change depending if the Republicans nominate someone I like.

I think Obama is a good example of what America is. He grew up in the middle class and worked hard to get where he is today. He has a great family and he is a family man. I think he's a gentleman.

Socialism, Marxism, Socialism, Marxism, Socialims, Marxism ad nauseam.

Obama is not a Socialist or Marxist, Socialism suggests getting rid of capitalism altogether...and that is not, and will not happen.

Obama is actually on the right-wing of the political compass. He's close to the middle and to the left of many Republicans, but he's still on the right.

harsh socialism SOMETIMES gets rid of capitioism

fascism which is a form of socialism (they all stem from marx)is a socialistic state where the government allowd private ownership, but controlls everything through hard regulation and taxes

obama and the liberals (not the true democrats) is/are closer to a fascists than socialists, they want the socialism, but know they have to go about it in a fascist way first (ie baby steps)

Hmmm, interesting. Is that why there are numerous posts ridiculing every non-political action he does or says? Is that why there are certain posters on here who MUST insert an Obama insult in just about every post of theirs? Nice try.

"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of 'liberalism,' they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."

- Norman Thomas, former U.S. Socialist Presidential Candidate

“My attitude is that if the economy’s good for folks from the bottom up, it’s gonna be good for everybody … I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.” – Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama), 2008.

He's made his agenda quite clear
