There's a funny thing about CEASE-FIRE AGREEMENTS isn't there?
When one party of the agreement violates any portion of said agreement, hostilities might just resume at any point in time the other party decides they'd like to.

Exactly that's why it burns me up that the globalist Bush 1 just got the medal of freedom. He should have slashed and burned his way to Bagdad the first time and told the rest of the World to get F'ed. Our economy and world would have been a lot better today.
