Dems are not about cuts but about spending and social justice.

When you have less revenue and increased spending, CUTS are the only sane alternative.

But the Dems will come back pointing the finger at the Repubs as all their fault.
You fail to see a greater tide sweeping all of western civilization. We've been unwittingly following along existential economic theories longer than we've been alive. This includes milton friedman, not just keynes. It's all completely disconnected from material reality trapping even those who have been fiscally prudent into delusional math. All this rabble rousing is a deflection pointing americans at americans to distract them from the greater tide. Dems are doing what they can as dutch boys with their finger in a retaining wall. Pitting American constituents against themselves and their government serves whom? Spend all your effort chasing down a million small fires the hen house is less guarded. Drop the hack accusation of tax and spend democrats. They've (collectively) been in crisis mode before ever setting foot in office.

Once upon a time my small boat station was getting dozens of prank emergency calls. Drug dealers knowing our stations complement and response policy decided to blow whistles to make us jump out of their way and waltz right past our station for narcotics traffic. We got wise to them quickly. America needs to get wise to this tide quickly.

It's all a political payoff. The Koch's invested in Walker and now Walker is trying to reward the Koch's with no-bid contracts for Wisconsin's assests.

It's all disgusting and sick stuff, but that's how Republicans roll.

I have yet to see that. Dems had 2 years of total control and did nothing but pass spending bills.

Stimulus money covered up the problems for one year.
Now it's time to pay the piper.

And don't even start again about spending on war. Again..2 years of total Dem control and we're still at war in 2 countries and lord knows in how many other via covert operations. The Dems are no better at stopping the military industrial complex.

That's a perfect metaphor for what Walker is trying to do in WI - stop the unions and Dems from blowing by the taxpayers to bankrupt the state and local governments.

Absolutely true!

Do people really even understand that?

Walker created the deficit. He cut taxes and used the deficit as a reason for why he needs to fire middle class workers.

I can't wait for November 2014.

If you have no intention of paying for dinner you shouldn't be there, correct? Pensions are a trust fund and when it's mismanaged (on gov't side) it's not the recipients fault. We could say the same of social security funds being dipped into wrongfully. We could say the same of CEO's writing golden parachutes for work they fail to perform, but also rewarded for destructive behavior incurring zero consequence because they legally baffled themselves to deflect accountability.

When Bush jr gives a speech promising a tax refund to all who vote for him, who is making decisions about what's best? It was not for the best to refund takes. It's not for the best to implement unfunded mandates. It's not for the best many things. He lived up to his promise and you got your candy. Was it good for you (and all)? No. Why did you vote for him?

Deciding to sell WI down the river to Koch inc will be a regret your pride will never allow you to utter aloud. There was another way to go about this but you chose to betray citizens instead with misdirected blame. God help you for what you've allowed yourself to justify.

Wow. No. Good grief. Whoever's providing you all your talking points should be fired. They suck at research. But even worse, why the hell do you all believe what they tell you so blindly?

Here's Doyle's admin ADMITTING to leaving Walker a multi-billion dollar deficit, last November:

Cutting taxes for the rich and for Wal-Mart creates a deficit. Walker is paying for the cuts with the jobs of teachers and all other public workers in the future by trying to silence them. Good strategy.

I can't wait until Walker is up for reelection. He probably will have to just resign and let another Republican run for him because he is already damaged goods.

LOL.
