Those "families on welfare" are caused by government interference in paying people to not work and, therefore, not forcing them to take responsibilities for their own actions. Put the blame where it belongs!
Yep, it's what happens when you can turn over the expense and responsibilty of caring for your children, to the state.
It's nice to see the liberal/leftist students keeping him from speaking. Just what is it you guys have against free speech anyway? Phui, talk about hypocracy.
Remember the tea partiers who would not let their elected officials speak at town halls? Their expressed purpose was to NOT LET THEM SPEAK without any regard for the consequences. How's that for addressing a concern or problem?
This is not an ideological thing despite your insistence that only liberals/leftists partake in it. Your irrational distortion of another person's point of view here is a good example of why people shout other people down, so you are, in essence, complaining about something that gets manufactured by your complaint! And, it's "hypocrisy", not what you wrote.

They were letting them speak, they just didn't agree with what they were saying.
Newt is a fine Republican specimen. I think he's got an op-ed in the Post coming up about the government shutdown. He'll discuss how Republicans should handle the upcoming governnment brouhaha.
Family values.
Family values are political and social beliefs that hold the nuclear family to be the essential ethical and moral unit of society.
Newt just wanted to explore those beliefs in a lot of different ways, with women that weren't his wife.

Good! So......what's their position of the democratic party politicy of producing yet another federally protected social class for political gain?
Heh heh. Newty-Newt needed that little bombshell asked him. Of course, that he dodged the question shocks me about as much as seeing a mosquito in the summertime.
ROFL.......I agree...seems he can "dish it out but not take it"....very typical of people like him.
It seems some of these folks need to clean out their own closets before judging and trying to do harm to others. How's that go....JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED YOURSELF!
I call it....kettle meet black!
Regarding the defense of marriage act it was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on September 21, 1996.
Being pure as the wind driven snow Bill Clinton would never be asked such a question by an unbiased reporter.
Let's not forget "liberal" Bill Clinton's lack of compassion for the Tutsi tribe. He clearly has no respect for minorities.
