Yep, it's what happens when you can turn over the expense and responsibilty of caring for your children, to the state.

Remember the tea partiers who would not let their elected officials speak at town halls? Their expressed purpose was to NOT LET THEM SPEAK without any regard for the consequences. How's that for addressing a concern or problem?

This is not an ideological thing despite your insistence that only liberals/leftists partake in it. Your irrational distortion of another person's point of view here is a good example of why people shout other people down, so you are, in essence, complaining about something that gets manufactured by your complaint! And, it's "hypocrisy", not what you wrote.

They were letting them speak, they just didn't agree with what they were saying.

Family values.

Newt just wanted to explore those beliefs in a lot of different ways, with women that weren't his wife.

Glenn Murphy Jr. Unwanted gay oral sex when the other guy is asleep is a class B felony, Republican dude.

I think the Republicans having an anti-gay platform is absurd, considering how many gay members are - or were - in their party.

Maybe these guys can mix it up a bit.

GOProud represents gay conservatives and their allies. GOProud is committed to a traditional conservative agenda that emphasizes limited government, individual liberty, free markets and a confident foreign policy. GOProud promotes our traditional conservative agenda by influencing politics and policy at the federal level
Good! So......what's their position of the democratic party politicy of producing yet another federally protected social class for political gain?

The entire premise of this thread is an exercise in hypocrisy.

And Gingrich's opinion on anything is zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
But Gay Americans don't go around acting like they are the paragons of social virtue like so many Conservatives do.

Regarding the defense of marriage act it was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on September 21, 1996.

Being pure as the wind driven snow Bill Clinton would never be asked such a question by an unbiased reporter.

No, the intent was to shut down the meetings altogether. That's not just disagreeing, that's destructive to the process.

And you know this by how?

Let's not forget "liberal" Bill Clinton's lack of compassion for the Tutsi tribe. He clearly has no respect for minorities.
