Walker’s office issued this statement:
“I’m sure the President knows that most federal employees do not have collective bargaining for wages and benefits while our plan allows it for base pay. And I’m sure the President knows that the average federal worker pays twice as much for health insurance as what we are asking for in Wisconsin. At least I would hope he knows these facts.
“Furthermore, I’m sure the President knows that we have repeatedly praised the more than 300,000 government workers who come to work every day in Wisconsin.
“I’m sure that President Obama simply misunderstands the issues in Wisconsin, and isn’t acting like the union bosses in saying one thing and doing another.”

Here's the problem with that. Walker talked about the financial aspect which he has already won. The union already conceded that they will accept the financial parts of his plan. Walker's response says nothing as to why he is pushing to take away people's rights

Yes, to bargain as a collective union is a right, or didn't you know that.

Default lot of whispering going on

"Walker omitted the primary fact in this, Koch told Walker to do it, so he is doing it. That's the bottom line."

Trumpka and Stern were whispering in Obama's ear and I'll bet they grabbed Obama's ass to remind him where his support lies. We still have no idea what these guys are doing at the white house so often.

I don't get the support for Union agendas when it has been documented that these guys are embracing commie and socialist organizations. That should be the end of the argument. That would be the best reason to 'bust' unions even though no one is busting the unions. It means they will have to make joining the union attractive rather than intimidating workers to join.

It's not a right that is Constitutionally protected. It can be taken away at any time.

Embracing commie and socialist organizations? What the hell, is it 1950 again?

HOLY F, one in ten people living in that state work for the State government? There needs to be some major firing IMO.
