Even in a courtroom, old convictions on your record aren't supposed to be used against you in a currect case.

Holder is not supposed to allow his personal opinions on legal matters affect who he chooses to prosecute.

Besides, this case was already decided in the government's favour when he decided to drop it. That makes it even that much more outrageous.

He clearly states the actions of the Black Panther Partywere "Inappropriate" and "Wrong". What he found demeaning was the comparision between the actions of the Black Panthers with the voter intimidation that Black Americans in the South faceed which included lynching, bombing, shoting, and other forms of violence.

Do you really think the posters on this board will admit this fact.
To them the mere admission that the Attorney General even knows he's black is a violation of the public trust.

The AG stated time and again the wrongful actions of the NBP but he was absolutely right to be insulted and angered by the statement to which he responded.

To be aware of the historical attrocities committed against your people does not mean that you can not be impartial in the performance of your duties. To imply as much is truely prejudiced.

Do you think that if this had been two white men in hoods standing with baseball bats in front of a southern polling place that Holder would be being asked this question right now?
Do you think the two white dudes would be walking the streets free?

But yet he chooses to give the Panthers a pass,
even after the case was won. Why?
