I will repeat, limited government doesn't mean no government.

I think you need to examine the cozy relationship the Dems have with the unions. The unions bankroll the Dems, the Dems give the unions tax payer money.
I'm not defending the relationship of Dems and unions. That's as corrupt and unhealthy as big business with Republicans - but it's all just politics.

This move isn't about protecting the public health. A number of public workers are being lined up to end their rights. It's a power grab, nothing more, nothing less.

You progs really need to stop your fear mongering. The laws aren't going anywhere. You act as if the majority of companies in this country are unionized which they aren't. Union workers are the minority in this country and since you lefties believe so much in Democracy and mob rule, you lose this big time. Sorry about your bad luck.

Of the top ten donors in the last elctions, three were unions (who of course donated to Democrats). All the rest donated to Republicans. The attempts to weaken the power of the unions is an unabashed attempt to codify GOP dominance, pure and simple.

more propaganda and fear mongering. What rights are they losing? Don't act as if CB is a Constitutionally protected right either, because it is not. The power to manage finances belongs in the state government, not at the bargaining table to be blackmailed into giving away the farm.

Don't forget one POTUS was a past union president.

And he was a "R".

Of course barring fire fighters, police, air traffic controllers from striking makes sense from a public safety perspective.

This is about power in the sense that the unions have too much and in turn costs the tax payees more than it should. We are broke and need to find cost savings.

The reason collective bargaining for benefits is being reigned in is because of union over reach. They currently force the state to buy insurance from the union owned insurance company which is much more costly than other insurance companies.

I think you need to take a look at this.

The use of tax dollars to prop up a political party is indefensible.
