Plan?? Are you seriously trying to blame someone else, or guns or alcohol for "black on black" crime (as in the YouTube video link that you posted)? What's the problem with placing responsibility where it belongs? It belongs on the "individual" that commits the crime!! Some people own guns and never use them to commit crime. Some people drink and never commit crime. But some people are just worthless leeches and try to blame somebody else when they commit crime.
