Here's another quote about his plan, must be true.
"Scott Walker’s regulatory plan is to turn the governor’s office into the state’s largest lobbyist waiting room. Scott Walker is shamelessly turning the state’s rule making process into a quid pro quo to serve his campaign donors at Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce"
He campaigned on balanced budgets, which included making cuts like schools..
Cutting the budget in Madison usually means that local schools, the university system, local government services and other popular programs will feel the pain, so Walker will face opposition and perhaps resistance from his party if he goes too far.

Why did you give me this quote then?
"Our members oppose taking away their rights to collective bargaining, so they would definitely raise their voices against it," Christina Brey, speaking for the Wisconsin Education Association Council, said of Walker's plan."
I believe they call it back peddling
Still, I have yet to see any quote from Walker or his campaign staff make any mention of collective bargaining of any sort. Case closed.

That's ok, everyone else reading this thread clearly knows Walkers plans were well know. You may think the union spokesperson brought up the collective bargaining issue up in response to......nothing. But it was clear she was responding to Walkers plan.
