errrmmmm, Reagan was not solely responsible for the fall of the Soviet union. We had been outspending the USSR for quite a few decades.

Manageable? I believe we should concern ourselves with managing America. IF after all these years of pouring untold $$$ into defense programs we're unable to defend ourselves against anyone I'd say our most dangerous enemy is the Pentagon.

We are not in the business of regime change. If that were so, Cuba would be a democracy. They have as much connection to 9/11 as Iraq did.
