The Second Amendment is cleverly worded, and is easily misunderstood.
There are TWO classes mentioned:
[] Militia, and
[] People.

People DO have the inalienable right to bear arms.
BUT
The Militia, who are under the obligation to train, fight, and die on command, may be "regulated" in the manner in which they bear arms.

Title 10 USC Sec. 311. Militia: composition and classes
(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, CITIZENS of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia areó
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

Please note that "citizens" are subjects, and thus obligated to obey.

The Supreme Court has held, in Butler v. Perry, 240 U.S. 328 (1916), that the Thirteenth Amendment does not prohibit "enforcement of those duties which individuals owe to the state, such as services in the army, militia, on the jury, etc." In Selective Draft Law Cases, 245 U.S. 366 (1918), the Supreme Court ruled that the military draft was not "involuntary servitude".

You might ask your public servants how and when you "volunteered" to be obligated to perform civic duties. For if they were imposed at birth, that would amount to involuntary servitude, forbidden in the states united (13th amendment).

You just have been fed hog wash so long you have no idea what freedom is.
You haven't paid anything much less blood, and have been freeloading off other peoples blood, hard work and money.

Probably in my world you wouldn't last 1/2 day, so I wouldn't be laughing any too hard if i were you.

You took so much out of context i won't bother to try and fix it.

The best advice i can give you is to move or atleast get a job in Red Commie China. I hear it's the new up and coming place to be for liberals.

Hell I'ld go there too, but I have war dead from every war there was in the USA going back for so long Forts still exist with my family names. Other than that I don't look very good in red commie gray.

Jet,
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

That 2nd coma is very telling and the supream court stated so, not they they have the Power to change it since they are not a high enough power.

While no one ever siad so or demanded i must be any part of a civilain Miltia I have always felt the part, but perhaps saw fear differently than i do now.

Fear comes from having something of a given value to be taken. Sometimes when that value has been taken, it can change many lives. Some might say loosing JFK changed many lives, to me the losses of my in laws changed my life and I gave up fearing loss of my life to protect my wife's life.

I don't know if anyone can see that now.

Another way of saying that is many men lost their lives on the doomed Titanic, while the persons in charge on the Andria Doria left the passengers completely, which was almost every person for themsevles.

It is a way I have come to think, and a way of life many now have never considered.

This is not saying a thing about you, since I have no idea on this about you.

Perhaps the problem is I am not a x con and not a unable to bear arms by law.

Then since i have a number of arms which may or not be elsewhere, a problem becomes apparent that it is quite impossible to disarm me even if some Gestapo should happen to come here.

That ban was credited to Biden, who is a fools fool IMO.... During that so called ban any one could buy AK Clones and i bought 2 myself after 911, because one of the the Clinton Whores came on the tv and said "911 would not have happened if Americans were not allowed private ownership of guns."

No like it was on CNN News live on the tv a few weeks after 911.

With that I went ballistic and took my wife by the hand to the local gun store looking for evil. I sure found it.

Best way to get a primary flintlock shooter to dust off his modern guns and but new ones that are mean and nasty looking.

At this point I wish I could afford the anti gunners as it is getting to be hard to have free cash monies enough to buy a new gun each time they speak on the tv

At this point I have more evil looking rifles than I can use and a lot of self defence guns too. Just think I was happy with a a few 22's and some shot guns, and a old lever action thuddy thuddy, with a few muskets that use rocks to fire a charge.

This is what is making Americans and America Angery. The people in so called pwer had better re-read the Declaration of Indepenace a few times and think of themselves as King George.

Old folks on SS who get robbed and suffer are arming, other old folks are arming for other reasons. I had a sister who is a medical doctor who shot all her life for sport who now has a considerable collection of SD guns. I have a niece who is president of a Vt state club shooting sports place. I won't name.

Yeah FEMALES are arming up because they fear or want
protection no man, no paper law, and no cops can deliver.

If anyone needs a good dose of truth it's Chuck!

Chuck doesn't know an Assault Rifle from a donut.

I own 3 AK-47 "Style" weapons but not a one of them is a Assault Rifle. Not one of them is select fire or full auto, which is the biggest difference, but in NH I can own them for passing a back ground check, then paying an out ragouse TAX, and then just paying the over burden of a price for such things.

Bill Clintons/ Biden's Shumers ban didn't amount to squat. It made a mess the BATF is still trying to get figured out, based on a parts count of 'evil parts'.

That sure enough has confused me too, but I don'tr feel bad since the BATF doesn't still know either.

It made a 'red' pistol grip off a Ak evil but then made a all black one 'good', and here for all my life i thought black was the color or of evil

Another part was the gas piston, which was a carbon steel as the evil part, but nicer stainless steel was the good part, and I liked that since ss is a no brainer to keep clean, just because you doin't have to keep it clean.

Then there was a problem with bayonette lugs. No matter to me, since only my Brown bess has a bayonett and I use that to hold candles only so far.

Oh yeah the chuck guy is right on top of exactly nuthin... In fact the only good thing I know for sure about him is he is a decade older than I am and so it is likely I will get to swill down a few cold ones the day he quits wastin air on this side of the grass. I pray for Biden soul as well. LOL

lots of people on both sides of the political spectrum still do not know the different between an assault rifle and a military lookalike rifle.

One of the neatest defense guns I ever saw (I could not afford to buy it at the time) was a double bbl 1" bore cap lock smooth bore pistol. Loaded with a couple of ounces of buckshot in each bbl it would stop a grizzly bear let alone some unfortunate thug. Unitil I make or buy such a beast I will have to make do what what I already have.

Unless it was a C&R (curio and relic) then a smooth bore pistol is restricted under NFA laws. If you look at the current pistols that are capable of shooting .410 shotgun shells, they all have rifled barrels.

There's no law here in Mass. that makes open carry illegal. However, I'd be surprised if anyone would last longer than 5 minutes open carrying in public before someone called the police. After that your license would surely be revoked for using poor judgement and causing an incident with a firearm.
