Here come the scolds. Who think any excuse to take someone's livelihood away is an excuse they agree with.
See? The problem with America is that workers don't bow down to authority enough.
Any wonder they have this knee jerk reaction to protecting the producer, without the least bit of knowledge about the contract he entered into with Sheen?
Ah, no very few things go over my head and I have yet to read anything that you've ever written that would qualify as such.
Now if you think that the army of lawyers employed by CBS, Chuck Lorre Productions, The Tannenbaum Company, and Warner Bros. haven't taken the due diligence to fire Mr. Sheen... well there is a **** load that has flown over your head or rather, has landed on it.
Oh sure. The egos of Hollywood producers and executives would never drive them to go against "due diligence" and their legal advice..LOL
Sheen is just on another high, currently he is high on anger and when that wears off, he will revert to some other source of high. Probably drugs or liquor again. The man is sick and needs help from his family, which he will probably get when he hits bottom. Assuming he survives the fall.
It's simple really. This is how the mind of an authoritarian works.
Question: Should something bad happen to X?
Mental Process: Is X a "bad person" or a "good person"?
Yes he is bad........ Therefore I'll side with those against him.
No..... he is "good"...Like me. On my side....therefore I will defend him.
What a rational adult would do.
Question: Should something bad happen to X?
Mental process: I don't know. What are the facts? What does the law say?
Have you been living under a rock or what dude? You seen Sheen on the news by any chance? He is a dithering moron, ranting like the loon the drugs fryin his mind have reduced him too. He should have played Alice, at least that way he would have a good excuse!
I love how quickly this thread has become a shouting match of pointless banter (sorry, I had to interject).
