Did you read the report?

There is no mention whatsoever about promoting under-qualified individuals.

The fact you think that creating more opportunities for people means more under qualified people will be promoted is an indication of your own personal bias.

You will also find most of them are from conservative states. Apparently, liberals don't normally approve of military careers for their children.

Why use words to try to show your superiority? If you need to do that, then you don't have it.

Agreed. The last thing we need is affirmative action in the military.

Why doesn't the article commend these white troops for risking their lives to defend us?

I don't think you should use denigrate. It is offensive to me.

Origin of DENIGRATE

Latin denigratus, past participle of denigrare, from de- + nigrare to blacken, from nigr-, niger black First Known Use: 1526

What's to commend?
What are they doing to "defend" us and from what?

We are the aggressors in this excursion.

Now??? That's been happening for decades! The military was at the forefront of shoving affirmative action down our throats!!
