I'll tell you why. Because the immune system, nor the brain, are fully developed.
The immune system is fully developed at around 6 months. My childs doctor only gives the final immunization shot after 6 months. The series vaccines start at around 3 months, and are concluded at 6 months.
I'm not sure if all pediatricians do this, but mine does.
What we know for sure is that the autism rate is getting worse by the year.
We also know that the gene pool is not changing at the same rate. (Unless we are mutating)
We also know that we are polluting our environment with chemicals and heavy metals to the point where almost everything we eat and drink and breathe contains more toxins than we should not be ingesting.
We also know we are giving our children more vaccines than ever before, usually multiple per visit.
We also know that despite what drug companies tell us they are still using mercury as a preservative. (They were using it in H1N1 vaccines)
Add it all up and come to your own conclusion.
The Japanese stopped giving MMR vaccines. It made no difference whatsoever to the incidence of autism.
The Russians stopped using thiomersal in vaccines. It made no difference whatsoever to the incidence of autism.
Meta studies incorporating scores of papers and hundreds of thousands of subjects find no link.
That there is no link between autism and vaccines is probably as well established as the fact that there is a link between smoking and lung cancer. Possibly better.

Well the first and rather obvious coclusion is that we can scrach vaccines off the possible causes since increase in diagnosed autism seem to follow no pattern similar to vaccinations. If there was a link, we'd see the incidence jump or drop with vaccines phased out or added, and no such pattern exists.

No pattern? Are you serious? Have you read...... well......... anything on this?
It is in direct proportion. That is why so many people are SCREAMING about it. You couldn't get much more in sync than the increase in autism, and the increase in the number of childhood vaccines.

Really? Who did the studies with a population large enough to come to such conclusions? How anyone can say that dozens of vaccines packed with mercury could not be contributory to a developmental problem is beyond reason. Sounds like a bunch of Drug Company sponsored propaganda to me.
