Thanks for spelling this out so plainly. It seems to be a concept that many Americans are just now waking up to and want changed. Hopefully, the era of complacency is over.
Remember folks. There is no such thing as Constitutional "Union Rights." Its just an optional, renewable contract. The American voters have elected, via the voice of Gov. Brown, to not renew the contract.
