One thig is for sure looking at what the teachers have demonastarted they are hard the people to corect thgy behaviour we see i so many schools. Its no waqnder they can't solve the problems of bullies and other violence in schools. They are part of the problem behaviour ;not the solution.
Yeah, I athgree. And I'm not as thunk as thum seeple pink I am, hic!
Just a warning a fair amount of that language is subject to legal interpretations neither you, nor I could imagine. For example you would have to comb over the entire bill and find out everything that is in it and then you would have to contemplate all possible meanings of those words...Democrats have already claimed that it changes appropriation of public money due to a tax credit supposedly in the bill.
All that language discusses spending money, that much I know. I also know this bill doesn't call for any spending.
Are you sure of that, either of that? Have you read the bill, because members of the assembly are claiming it is illegal precisely because it contains spending. As they say the people with the least information are usually the most certain on things.
The OP in this thread is being obnoxious. This isn't a horse race. It's one thing if you support a position because you believe it is best for America. But you don't care about America. If you did, you wouldn't have any interest in rubbing the other sides face in it. You just want to win. By gloating after a political victory, you have given yourself away.
You have failed at life. Now go sit in the corner.
You should be humble in your victory and hope you were right. We will know soon enough.

Hardly proof. I can "claim" the moon is made of green cheese. A non partisan group disagrees with them.
Saying the moon is made of Cheese is a patently false claim altogether. This, on the other hand, may have enough merit to make it to court if someone brings it. The fact is I am pretty sure neither of us can answer that question either way since I am pretty sure neither of us has read the bill, and neither of us is an expert on the Wisconsin constitution. The opinion of a 'non partisan group' is hardly binding.

While not binding, it is pretty convincing. As I said no one is talking about challenging this on those grounds. Sunshine laws perhaps, but not not this.
