I think there are alot of equally and maybe more talented "potential" players who would be ready, willing, and able to suit up and play the game with more energy, enthusiasm, and guts than many of the current primadonna's at a more competitive salary. If the "big boys" want to call the bluff of the league, then turnabout is fair play.
I agree with the players for not wanting to go to an 18 game season and that the NFL should provide medical care for the injuries they suffered from football long after they're no longer playing. However, with their "college degree" (a joke with most players) they should have enough smarts to use their big paychecks wisely and get a degree in a career field to fall back on when their playing days are over. Instead they buy multiple cars and homes for themselves, their friends, and their family as if the money will always be coming in and attend college to party and play sports instead of study and learn and yet they still somehow manage to graduate.
The NFL issue is the Owners fault, NOT the players or their union, it is a lock out not a walk out. Jeeez I love it when people post on subjects they obviously know nothing about, just jump on the hater bandwagon and forget the truth.

I support almost all unions, but NFL players are millionaires. Even the league minimum is over $250k. They are all wealthy. They should quiet down, let go of their greed and get ready for next season.
The players aren't asking for more money. They were happy with what they were making. No one is asking for a raise.
NFL Players > Violent Teachers that indoctrinate children into an extreme leftist ideology.
Talk about Delusional, do you even know what the Lock Out is about, never mind, I already know that you do Not.
