I was wondering the same thing about the recently released extremely raunchy video of Lady GaGa in which she uses a very young boy. And one has to wonder, why? What message is she sending to young kids and dirty old men? Why does she use an innocent little child as a prop in this sexually explicit video?
The video..."features Gaga fondling her breast, licking her bicep, attempting to pull her t-shirt down over her lady parts, and seductively straddling a skateboard between her legs.
However, around the 47-second mark a male toddler randomly enters the equation – ...while holding Lady Gaga’s hand, and doing a “thumbs up” ...
At this point, the 24-year-old songstress is donning a sexy black bra/panties..."
I'm not sure about the guy from Michigan.I didn't watch the video, but from what I have read of this case, I think what he did was disgusting. I think he used very poor judgment and was very deceptive. He needs to be punished and taught a lesson but a lengthy prison term and a listing on the sex offender registry, in that case, would probably not be the needed consequence, based on his history and apparent intentions revealed so far.
The Lady GaGa video, on the other hand, I think is blatant child pornography and I think there is an agenda involved. I think she and the people behind her prey upon children. But, maybe the video was done in Europe where they don't seem to really care about protecting the innocence of children and don't have the same kind of laws Americans do.
But, if the Lady GaGa video was made in the U.S., one has to wonder why the same law wouldn't apply that is being used on the guy from Michigan?

Yes, I did watch the video. It was a video chronicling her photo shoot. During the photo shoot, several photos were taken. Some were risque, some were not, and others were with children. The photos with children were not risque.
There was nothing inappropriate, and certainly nothing coming even remotely close to child pornography.
