Let's look at WI's reported state test proficiency level vs. the NAEP* proficiency level (to see how honest WI is about providing an adequate education). Other states are listed, too:
NAEP Researchcenter - NAEP and State Equivalent Percent Table
For each grade level, the first column lists the percentage of students scoring as proficient (meets or exceeds state standards) on the state test; the second column lists the percentage of students scoring as proficient on the NAEP (National Assessment).

* National Assessment of Educational Progress

Hmmm... only about 1/3 of WI students can meet even basic grade-level proficiency standards.
Wisconsin is one the higher scoring States in your own link. Exceeded by other Blue States which pay teachers even more. .

Thanks for making my case...lol

Stop trying to drag this country into the gutter.
Aren't those costs passed on to .... the consumer? Or is the employer expected to eat that extra expense? Maybe short term, not long.

Only 7% of the workforce in the nation belongs to a union. That is an insignificant voting block and can be ignored. The recall will FAIL once the people sober up.

The union is like the gold digger who expected to get half her husband's fortune for a few years of 'service'. Now bitter - she gets nothing.

Not true.. They couldnt pass the bill if it had an impact on current budgets but it doesnt.. Everyone acknowledges this COULD impact future budgets which is why the left wing is going crazy over it.. If it didnt impact future budgets, there would be no protesting going on..

You mean like those red states like Texas which has higher scores, or blue states like South Carolina, which have scores in the 30's and 20's? You call that a success?
