Yeah! George Bush sure screwed our country up. I hated trickle down but I hate Bush more.

Reagan was actaully a FDR support who actaullyt gave a peech sayig that there should be no union for governamnt workers in the public sector. reagan himslef like mnay changed as the democratic party became mpore liberal. FDR was the first to conmbine the specail interest that got him elected in the first place. But then the democrats were much more pro military and conservative i domestic policy. JFK for insatnce used a tax cuts to as stimulus in the early 60's recessionand ceerainly no one would say he was socialist or not anti-socialist by his foreign policy alone.

Why oh why does every democrat and leftist out there think that every Republican and conservative ALWAYS agreed with every issue and act Reagan did?

It's very presumptuous of ya'll. Get real.

I did not care for Reagan, but I would give anything to have people like him running the GOP instead of complete off the rails kooks.

Why do you think the GOP changed???

Reality? The fact of the matter is the unions were/are a creature of the democratic party. Like the democratic party they're bad for the country.

He also deregulated several industries. The world is full of ironies.
