Yep! "It's the Economy Stupid" ONLY is to be used when it's a Republican in the White House -- that's very clear by now that the liberals intend to hold Obama responsible for NOTHING at all.

I get my petrol from AAFES, on a military base, they don't pay taxes.
I pay more than that on a regular basis.

It tells me nothing.
It tells us that your are living in a different world than the rest of us. Like it or not, money in today's world is currency. We no longer use beads and shinny rocks as money. How the money of one nation relates to the money of another nation is what matters. Oil is sold in dollars and Euros -- the two major world currencies. If oil is rising relative to both of these, then the rise in oil prices has nothing to do with currency value -- your theory.

We should "blame" Obama for a recovering economy and a auto industry that is now succesful and lowering unemployment and bringing our guys home from Iraq and the revival in the stock market etc.....

How do you like your 401K balance compared to 2008?

It is meaningful to those who understand the basics.

You could look it up if you wanted to.

The basics: rising gas prices will lead to rising farm produce prices. Also rising costs to transport the NAFTA and other foreign produced goods to the local Walmarts.

No matter how much the liberals claim this is great, it is not.

I haven't heard anyone claim expansive gas is great. It is what it is.
