Only in the union world do bad managers keep their jobs..... In the real world when someone can't do their job they are either demoted or fired (which can't occur in the union world).......

Banding together? you mean gangs don't you?

Have you heard of OSHA? Occupational Safety and Health Administration - Home

Just one of the reasons unions aren't needed anymore...

Ps.: I only meantioned a few. I didn't even meantion racism in the workplace or sexism.
Where's the proof, show me where labor unions are responsible for any of that. Seriously, just show me the proof.

~Yawn~ we are talking about 2011, not 1911, unions are as helpful as you-know-what in this day and age....

As far as racism and sexism goes that's what OSHA is for....

Well worn and sometimes true.... agree... But in the unions case, *NOT*

Ancient history said the world was flat too.... and that man couldn't fly.... and that the Sun revolved around the Earth....

So it goes for the unions, they had their purpose and time, now it's time the unions are broken and their lies exposed....
