Isn't this what unions are about? people working to perpetuate the union for the good of the union and not the good of America?

I couldn't have said it better my friend, thanks....

Is this what the union teaches you? Anyone who disagrees with a union is educated through a private school (i.e. rich)??????

<shaking my head> the union brainwashing is much worse than I ever dreamed......

Oh puleeze..... the unions have destroyed the public school system....

You did see where the teacher who received the teacher of the year award up in WI was terminated.....

Based on union rules she had the least seniority so was the first to be let go..

Thanks to Union Collusive Bargaining Rules, the Wisconsin Teacher of the Year for 2010 was fired.

Makes sense don't it? union thinking in action

What's another old phrase? "Deeds speak louder than words?"

That doesn't sit too well with REAL Americans.
Are you an average American? Don't sound like it! You never explain why plutocracy is good! Real Americans don't support oligarchy.

-- You are correct, unions fought for these things. These plutocrats envision the US with a worker-bee class of serfs. It's the authoritarian mentality so common and growing in the country today. It happened in Germany!
BTW did you know these righties want to do away with child-labor laws? One step at a time, eh?

Why do you have to spin to get your way? Why do you say she was fired? Do you know what a layoff is?
The teacher was a good first-year employee, but got LAID OFF. You think someone ELSE should have been laid off right? You would make a good judge of who it should be, no doubt.
All union members know layoffs go by seniority. A layoff allows someone to collect unemployment benefits until they're rehired or find another job.
