In The Meantime, Food Prices Jump The Most Since 1974 | zero hedge
This is what happens when you demand govt. continue bailing out failure and not let things work their course. Enjoy

and this is what the business world thinks of it : http://noir.bloomberg.com/apps/news?...26aagPBs&pos=2

March 17 (Bloomberg) -- The next time Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke appears before Congress, here are a few visual aids he can use to show critics that quantitative easing is working:
"Inflation expectations have jumped by 44.4 percent"

The Fed’s preferred inflation gauge, which excludes food and fuel, rose 0.8 percent in January from a year earlier, matching December’s gain, the lowest in five decades of record- keeping. Fed officials aim for long-run overall inflation of 1.6 percent to 2 percent.

Nothing in life is free.... $1 trillion in bailouts created ... $1 trillion in relative value of money destroyed via inflation.

Even so, QE2 is “working pretty good” at achieving the Fed’s goals of higher inflation and faster growth, said Keith Hembre, chief economist at Nuveen Asset Management in Minneapolis. “You look backward and that’s essentially what it’s done.”

Sad that people truly don't understand the mechanics of things. The real backdoor method that pushes people into poverty.
