Restoring middle class EZ. Downsize the government by 90 or 95%.

Your premise is laughable, i.e. that the middle class is gone.

However, the best way to assist the lower, middle and upper classes, i.e. ALL AMERICANS, is to reduce spending and taxation and leave the economy with more "fuel", i.e. money, not less.

JFK knew and did this with spendid results.

Today's liberals are too idiotic and socialistic to follow JFK.

I have noticed the same thing. Lots of dots, but so many people, moslyt on the left, can't figure out how to connect even two of them.

Make major lawsuit and lawyer reform so businesses don't all run away.
Make friendlier business environment through better tax law and regulations.

Maybe retire lots of laws we don't need.
Stay away from the drugs.
Try to find jobs and don't expect major pay without mad skills.
Ignore all of these suggestions.

It's reality, we don't have the money and can't afford all the dependents we've had, including through government employment.

Until we abandon the Free Trade idiocy that destroyed it, we cannot rebuild the Middle Class. If we simply stopped the federal government from taxing incomes and limited them to imposing only tariffs and trade levies, they'd be forced to protect American businesses. No more outsourcing. Keep America's dollar's circulating in America, and we'd soon recover.

Also stop sending so much money overseas in war-making and foreign aid, since this money is 100% lost to America, and has no re-circulating "multiplier" value at all.

Reforming the lottery-style legal system would also increase all our quality of life immensely, as well as bring industries like the movie-making business back to this country. Most people today have no idea how much they've lost thanks to greedy lawyers, but I remember when kids could play almost everywhere. Now businesses and homeowners alike have to fence their properties and refuse admittance, because if a kid got hurt on their land they'd be sued.

When we were young the local golf course was open and kids went sledding there in the winter. Some kid was fooling around and sledded into some trees in the back part of the golf course, and got a concussion. The lawsuit that followed cost the landowner a fortune for his niceness, and a huge fence went up. Now if you want to sled, you have pay someone so they can carry insurance (and your taxes have to pay for insurance on all public lands and buildings).

Similarly, when I owned horses, I would have loved to let the neighborhood kids ride them, and get help with the work in exchange for riding lessons (as I had done when a poor kid). But a friend was sued after a kid fell off, and I didn't dare. Similarly I had to make our pool off-limits. Another friend got sued and had to pay a large amount of money when a neighbor kid used his kids' trampoline and hurt himself slightly.

Get the government out of the way. Stop bailing out failed companies. Stop mandating health coverage. Stop trying to control business. Let business owners run their companies as they see fit. Stop the millions of useless mandates that cost middle America money.

Yep..PERFECT. Now let's hope all the middle class slave/morons grasp and take action.

It would be amazing what our standard of living could be!!

If everyone actually HAD their own money!
