Momar's threats didn't work so well the last time he made them. I suggest he pack up and see about slithering away to some rock in the desert.

I hope the people lay claim to the $130Billion his family has looted from the nation. Take that money and help those people with what ever they value, be it housing ,education, food, production. It would go along way to bring them out of the stone age.

I don't see any of this happening. the russians have already indicated they'd veto anything along those lines. For what it's worth I'd be surprised if the chinese would support any action either. I'm given to understand they are great trading partners with gadafi.

Who else but the US let's Gadaffi sponsor the mass murder of its citizens and then negotiates with him? Our time to control him has come and gone.

Maybe he'll get another Nobel Peace Prize

The time to do something was in the first 72 hours not 2 weeks into Gaddaffi having the advantage back. I hope we don't lose any more troops over this azzhat who cannot lead without a poll or without asking the UN "mother may I".

Oh, no he could not respond to Libya in a timely manner because he was out on the golf course, on the basketball course, picking March madness brackets, had a scheduling problem, is running off to Rio next week..........

You didn't really think Obama was going to take out Rev. Wright and Louis Farrakahn's friend did you? This is PR to save his re-election and it is going to backfire at the cost of US soldier's lives. He is pulling a Clinton (Bosnia).

So, do you think we should have intervened militarily right at the beginning then?
