I get it, believe me. My mind is telling me one thing and my heart another. The US tried minding our own business at one time and that didn't work either so, it seems there is always going to be wars we just need to do better at choosing the ones we want to fight. It seems to me that we have been a complete failure at this since WWII.
Prevent what. Gadaffi's bombing of civilians? A no fly zone like we had over Iraq to prevent the slaughter of the Kurds.
What of US bombing of civilians in Pakistan, are you so adamant about the slaughter of innocent Paki's?
What about the people (democratic dissidents) who were boiled alive by Karimov who received over 500 million in US foreign aid? What about the slaughter of those folks, do you not mind they were granted a red carpet tour of the White House?
