There isn't a corner of the globe that can't make that claim, so I guess according to you, we, American should bomb the world. Talk about repugnance...

I doubt you will get the analogy, but here it is anyway...

"We send men to drop fire upon our enemies but we won't let them write 'f*ck' on their airplanes because we find it is offensive." - Apocalypse Now.
Very silly, al qaida is a clear and present danger. Are you suggesting we were trying to bomb innocents in the tribal regions? Again the stench of the moral equivalence.

Not just a no-fly zone, but WAR plans?

Inside classified Hill briefing, administration spells out war plan for Libya | The Cable

Quote:
Several senators emerged from the briefing convinced that the administration was intent on beginning military action against the forces of Col. Muammar al-Qaddafi within the next few days and that such action would include both a no-fly zone as well as a "no-drive zone" to prevent Qaddafi from crushing the rebel forces, especially those now concentrated in Benghazi.
Air power, lots of bombs.

Wait for the first shot down plane that accidentally hits a civilian area and kill innocent people. It will be on every newschannel in the world. Al Queda will use it to demonstrate how the US continues to oppress the Muslim world.

Yes innocent people are being killed in Libya as they are in many places in the world. Many people are brutalized under Sharia law, ie stoning rape victims. Should we invade all of those countries too?

Let the Middle East take care of itself. Hopefully they'll start a Muslim civil war and vent their anger at each other instead of us.

Guess what? We don't have the will. Don't have the money either.

But like i said previously, nothing is stopping you from going over there and helping the rebels.

Clearly we don't have the will. If we don't have the money to stop people form being murdered we certainly don't have the money to fund NPR, Give away everything to unions, support health insurance companies, etc., etc., etc......
