That's not true - and it's quite rude to call someone a blind Obama supporter simply for supporting this effort that has broad global support from all sides. I oppose Obama on a number of issues, but I support this joint international effort so long as it is limited in scope.

It is?
But that reason is only applicable when you want it to be...hypocrisy.

We do?
You mean we only care if oil is involved?

This is actually funny, you are nonchalantly discussing attacking AND invading another nation that is of absolutely no threat to the USA...

Talk about a warhawk.
You really don't have a lot of thoughts to add to this conversation, huh? You're pretty much just repeating the same thing you said 20 pages ago. Fine. I've already proven you wrong. You can read the other posts.

Do a google for humanitarian and Libya.. quite a few are using that description.. perhaps reach out to them to correct their use of the word humanitarian?
Ghaddafi was very clear on what his forces would have done to civilians who supported the oppossition. so if the opposition lost.. not a pretty picture.

You seem to have no basis for your support of the outright attack on a sovereign nation.

To stop the Libyan gov't from killing it's own people, but that reason only applies to Libya and not other nations that are also killing their own people...

Because of the instability of the region, except of course Yemen,Bahrain and Syria are also in the same region and also have protests that are being violently put down.

why isn't the UN pushing for resolutions on those countries?
Why isn't the Arab League pushing for a no fly zone over Sana or Manama?
Have these countries authorized the shoot down of civilian aircraft? Are they arming mercenaries to drive around Sana and Manama shooting anyone that is walking about?
