Wait what??? A lot of things aren't caught in "the act", a whole store is stripped down where did everything go? Casper and his friends certainly didn't swoop by and steal them.

So far it looks like the Japanese have "looted" food. I thought we all agreed that taking food in a disaster is not really looting, no matter who you are. Right?
