This is good news. Those workers don't deserve to have this done to them and it wasn't going to balance the budget anyway.
If it wasnt going to contribute to balancing the budget, then what did Walker do to them?
p.s. again people, does anyone know if this has ANYTHING to do with the unions because the union changes were done outside of the budget process.
