Don't you think if there was really a problem that the Republican controlled House would bring it up and get Obama out? Since they haven't, they all believe Obama is a citizen unlike idiot birthers.

The donald is a quack plain and simple.

This post is messed up completely.

The House was under the massive gavel of Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)
Senate under "Dingy" Harry Reid (D-NV) at tghe time.

However, In 2012, the required standard of proof will be much higher. Push will come to shove.

It is common knowledge (if you are even partially-aware of this issue) that he spent $2M. Go educate yourself and then back.

there have only been 3 of the birther cases where obama has been a defendant. all of those were dismissed before going to trial. not much in legal fees there.

This tidbit of information has been posted countless times on countless "birther" threads.
OK, I shouldn't get into this b/c Obama was born in Hawaii. However, the old law is not written the way many birthers think it is. (They just believe what they read on birther sites and don't do much thinking for themselves.) The law read that if a child is born abroad to a parent that is a US citizen and one who is not, the US citizen (doesn't specify WHICH parent) had to have lived in the US for 5 years past the age of 14. If the US citizen parent, say a father, was 50 years old when the child was born, he still had to have lived in the US for 5 years after the age of 14. Obama's mother hadn't lived for 5 years after the age of 14, anywhere. So it is not that she was too young. It would take a legal interpretation to know if that law would have applied to her.

Trump is a modern day PT Barnum. He's getting a TON of attention and free advertising for his new show on FOX right now. IMO, this run-up to declaring his candidacy for President is just a dog and pony show to promote his TV endeavors like everything else he does. I don't believe for a second that he's seriously considering running. His new show will get big ratings and he'll deem himself a "terrific success" then find a convenient "out" to actually running.

The birthers are just the low-hanging fruit, and have fallen into line like rubes on the midway.
