My parents provided me with a stamped copy of my birth certificate when I left home. I was born in 1954. I was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky. My family was just passing through there on the way back to the US from Japan.
Yes, until (I think) the early 1980s or the late 1970s, your Social Security number was assigned on the basis of where YOU (not your parents) signed up, which typically where you were living in your teens when you went to get working papers, which could be across the country from where you were born.
This is beyond the numbers of the social security card, it's much more the fact the card was never issued.
and Again, no one can get a copy of their "long form". They can only inspect if, it they decide to, but no copy, not photograph, nothing can be taken from it

That's exactly the point, We The People have a TANGIBLE INTEREST, so did Pelosi when she signed him off as being eligible, but she, nor anyone else, requested a copy, not even the Messiah himself. He is not above the law, he must qualify as a natural born citizen, but nobody in the position of doing so, bothered to check, or intended to deceive.
the question is, when did Hawaii start making the long form unavailable? And why did they change the short form from Certificate of Live Birth to Certification of Live Birth?

they did away with providing a full copy in the 80's. in the 90's they went to completely known abstract form. I've already illustrated this in SEVERAL threads on this forum, and you're showing that YOU don't bother to read them before asking LONG debunked claims
as for naming, HAwaii has changed it four times in the last 50+ years they've been a state. I've also shown this in this in the many threads on birtherism, and you're showing that YOU DON"T bother to read them before asking long debunked claims.

Reminder: A state may call their records anything they wish. They can call it "Document" and that is still official as long as it has the required information, and is signed off by the Registrar of the Department of Health.
I want some proof, like the written change in the law. Until then, I will believe the people that have come forward to say they received their long forms until recently. There needs to be a serious investigation into Hawaii and the level of corruption. It's just common sense

I keep hearing that this issue is bad for the Republican party, it being so divisive. If that is true, why are you trying so hard to quash the inquiry? Since you are an Obama supporter, let it ride. This is supposedly working in your favor.
