Yes, hearsay and blind faith.

Your blind faith could very well be accurate, but the point is that you don't know because you are operating solely on hearsay and blind faith.

So far, he doesn't have a "born" identity.

You're problem here is that you are operating on an incorrect interpretation of what is hearsay.

Let's examine this using the Federal Rules of Evidence:

Obama's COLB: not hearsay under 803(9). It's a birth certificate made pursuant to a state function. Further, it's self-authenticating under FRE 902(4) as a certified copy.

Now, the COLB on its own is prima facie evidence. That means that on its own, the COLB is enough to prove that Obama was born in Honolulu in the absence of specific evidence to the contrary. And no, highcotton's "is this the smoking gun?" link is not specific evidence to the contrary, especially since it was just somebody's prank that highcotton didn't bother to check up on.

Newspaper Announcements: two newspapers with birth announcements that state that Barack Obama in Honolulu. These are not hearsay under 803(16), or as 803(6), since birth announcements were published from records of the Department of Health as a regular matter.

Statements of HI Government Officials: not hearsay under 803(8). There is no credible evidence to suggest that any of the statements by Republican Hawaiian officials stating that Obama's birth certificate posted online was authentic, nor their statements that Obama was born at Kapi'olani.

I know that you're trying to use words like "hearsay" and "blind faith" because you think they might make your argument seem like it's meaningful. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like you have a firm understanding of what hearsay actually means. The vast majority of evidence showing that Obama was born in Hawaii is not hearsay, no matter how many times you may say otherwise.

Are you playing ignorant or are you actually that delusional?

FactCheck.org: Born in the U.S.A.

Yes, that birth certificate is prima facie evidence of the facts contained on it in any court in the country.

The "man" is prima facie.

The Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) is something else.

Makeup, probably!

Your childish one liners are just as substance free and idiotic as they were when you did nothing in a previous thread but stamp your feet and go "in my office Monday morning!" Your posts seem better suited to a FreeRepublic thread where people can post stupid right wingnut one liners with impunity rather than here where people actually have some sort of expectation of debate.
