Look at the "New Federal Requirements" in my previous post. Maybe TX and CA were quick to get set-up and some of the other states lagged behind, but it's clear that all states must eventually abide by the "New Federal Requirements"...and maybe they have by now since the new requirement was almost 9 months ago now.

Or perhaps its because the short form in California and Texas are not valid certified copies, and in every other state they are......

The requirements really aren't any more strict, the short forms they offer just do not give the information that is needed to be a valid birth certificate.
That is the front of the birth certificate, the back of the document was posted a coupe pages back.
I'm sorry, but Trump's BC looks more authentic, from the parent's name "Mrs. Trump", to the crayon marks on it and the smiley face.
