You originally portrayed your view with certainty - now you're backing way off that certainty yet still trying to show a slightly less level of certainty by using the word "appear"...as if you have some insider awareness with the officials. EXTENSION COURSES? Do you have anything else? How do you know that a college student in Hawaii didn't take an EXTENSION COURSE or two from the University of Washington to help her reach graduation more quickly?
joking aside i do think this debate doesn't so much reflect intellect so much as the level of confirmation bias.
good proof of this would be to reverse the evidence to date on both sides of the debate. do you think then that the birthers would be claiming obama was born in the US ?

The practice didn't exist in the way you are trying to suggest it does. It would not say born in Honolulu if someone was not born there.....
No justification exists whatsoever to question his birth considering he has released to the public a state certified birth certificate that states he was born in Honolulu. That proves it, the end.
You think a stranger can just walk into government offices and look at official documents without anyone helping them. There are plenty of legal avenues investigators follow and they do ask for help. Inverstigators will be noticed in government offices, but keep kidding yourself, it's your perogative.
You and I both know an investigator can not walk into Vital Records in HI, and look at Obam's "original birth certificate of 1961". So do they. So why would they bother
They could be looking for something else, all together. Just call it the "Charlie Chan" in me.
