Oh My GOSH!!!! Have to say this was funny.

I think the best question "AXIS of EVIL"= California, New York & Florida, now that was hilarious.
Sorry for laughing, but the answer was too much.

No wonder people have no opinion on the "MOSQUE" being put next to the World Trade Center........most believe it's a warm "FUZZY ANIMAL"!!

What he says may be true, but I remember something I'd like to share.

I took Journalism my freshman year in high school. It was then said that the writer for the papers were to write, due to readership capabilities, at the 7th grade level. That was in 1976!

The reason that newspapers are failing, is they have forgotten how to write for the audience. They are not writing for an audience, they are writing just to see themselves in print. Doesn't matter if the audience can read it or not. Doesn't matter if the audience is interested in what they have to say or not. As long as they can get the piece past the editor of the paper, they're happy.

The consumer has the power, always, to make or break a product. Some where along the way, people have forgotten that and so these companies news or not, market to like the wind blows. This way awhile, that way awhile and they forget the reason they are in business to begin with, 'the audience'.

If the majority of the audience is at a 7th grade reading level, then why on earth would a writer write to a smaller audience? Perhaps, they would like to keep those folks, uniformed!

Obviously, his preferred america is getting dumber. How otherwise would those who pay attention to him give a crap what he thinks.

I agree with him, and we need someone like him to get some of those realities out, as opposed to a complete fanatic and nutcase like Rush Limbaugh. Of course, he is a bit of a "sensationalist", and may appear to be appealing to a lower age level, but that level is what most commercials to to appeal to as well. More intellectual liberals, though they may see him as a bit more "tongue-in-cheek", feel he is doing a good deed, and he does come from a blue-collar background, AFAIK.
I say "more power to him", if he gets people thinking that need to think, he's doing a heck of a job.
