So if we are attacked by a foreign government you wouldn't support military action to counter that.

Yeah, I could have put it in but it was domestic not an expedition to foreign lands with the added complication of which side is us.

Those who say the Civil War should not have been fought are correct. The slave holding states were utterly unjustified in their act of treason.
