Dennis Kucinich is one of the more principled members of congress. If you want to imagine some interesting scenarios concerning the next presidential election, search for "Kucinich-Paul 2012" or "Paul-Kucinich 2012". Kucinich and Paul (Ron) have a tremendous amount of mutual respect. While the two would seem to be from opposite sides of the political spectrum, they are often in agreement on libertarian-oriented issues. Both of them express profound distrust of The Federal Reserve Banking System. Both have traditionally opposed economic pacts such as NAFTA and CAFTA. Both have been staunchly opposed to US military involvement around the world. Perhaps most importantly, both have warned of the abuses that can come when too much power is vested in elected officials.

Oh please! The people that believe Congress was not informed of the plans on Libya by the WH, can be lumped in with Birthers and those that think their Congressman didn't read the HC Bill. Total BS.

Seems like he may not have been advised by House Leadership.

You are so wrong.

Even the dems are now saying they knew nothing and were not even briefed about this.

If this is an act of war or aiding the removal of the leader of a country then it MUST go through congress to get the approval.

Obama made this decision and has now spent 123 million dollars just on missiles without the approval of congress.

Something is not right here and even you know it.

Once the idea of war took hold in Congress, things happened fast. In that haste, Kucinich said, “There was no action in Congress that made it legal. When ‘group think’ takes over, look out."”
