Quote your version of the law in its entirety. I will make an attempt to highlight what you need to read carefully and comprehend.

The plan of all progressives and or socialist is simple.
Destroy the constitution and the balance of power.
They do it in every advancement of power from the lawyers who seek to become judges to the teachers who teach advancement of group thinking welfare state ideology.

The president can no abuse his power and in doing so should be removed from office.
We have no authority to go to war via congress, there was no danger to the united states and this is nothing more then someone doing something he thinks is right for his own personal agenda.

Impeach him NOW, unconstitutional bailouts, unconstitutional health care, unconstitutional war!
The war on terrorism continues, the borders are still open, and it appears this president will do anything he wants with no consequences. What is next marshal law?

Of course not! However, Obama would have been a teen when Reagan authorized the bombing of Libya without congressional approval.

He just lost my vote. As much as we may not like Qaddafi, we do not have any right to interfere with a military intervention.

Since when do you give a good god damn about what "Congressional Dems" say?

You have been pointed to the actual law. You no longer have the excuse of blaming your own misunderstandings on anybody else. Not even if they are "Congressional Dems."
