The plan of all progressives and or socialist is simple.
Destroy the constitution and the balance of power.
They do it in every advancement of power from the lawyers who seek to become judges to the teachers who teach advancement of group thinking welfare state ideology.
The president can no abuse his power and in doing so should be removed from office.
We have no authority to go to war via congress, there was no danger to the united states and this is nothing more then someone doing something he thinks is right for his own personal agenda.
Impeach him NOW, unconstitutional bailouts, unconstitutional health care, unconstitutional war!

Although it is not specified what 48 hour time frame they are talking about, many online articles say it is after. BUT, Congressional Dems say that the ACT doesn't allow what he is trying to do. They say he is ONLY allowed to do this if America is under a direct threat or is attacked. Now Obama is trying to make that case so his illegal actions all of a sudden become legal.
Since when do you give a good god damn about what "Congressional Dems" say?
