Now, as I recall, there was supposed to be a mega support group, flush with cash to defend and tout obamacare, with political bigwigs, The Swimmer's widow and Anita "Mao" Dunn, obama's former comm director, but seems the windows have been shuttered.

CNN Poll: Time doesn’t change views on health care law – CNN Political Ticker - CNN.com Blogs

Quote:
Thirty-seven percent of Americans support the measure, with 59 percent opposed. That's basically unchanged from last March, when 39 percent supported the law and 59 percent opposed the measure.

But nine months later, the Health Information Campaign has all but disappeared. Its website hasn't been updated since the end of last year. Its executive director and communications director are gone. There's no sign that it has any money.
Calls to the players/bigwings go unanswered.

The Kaiser poll mentioned, 46% disapprove of the law.

I think its safe to say that obamacare grows even more unpopular as more and more learn all the nasty details, all the lies, all the budgetary tricks and gimmicks.

And the kicker - ruled unconstitutional. I would imagine voters will be very unforgiving to lawmakers who pushed this monstrosity through on a party line vote.

And don't think for even a nanosecond that obamacare won't be front and center for 2012.

If Obamacare is front and center, then that means that your strongest repub candidate can't be elected as repub candidate because his massachusetts plan is what Obamacare was modelled after. since the other repubs are relatively weak, O gets re-elected. YEA!

For repeal to come before 2013 enough Democrats in the Senate will have to vote to do so and surely they won't since they voted 60 to 40 to pass it. They would be admitting that they screwed up by voting before reading and debating. I say they are screwed and more and more of them know it with the passing days.

There is no doubt that the House would vote for repeal and the Senate would vote against it and we both know why that is.

Did Republicans control the Mass. legislature when Romneycare was passed? I don't think so but maybe they did.

Even if it's null & void at the Supreme Court I'll never forget. Who did these people think they are, Rulers?

And 54% approve of it?

With numbers like that it is a law that will stay around in whatever form.

The Obama-haters will be quoting these polls until his last day in office January 19, 2017.
