Then that's b/c of your experience and upbringing. Any person NOT raised in a ghetto might not feel the same way.

Barring black ghettos, you would be as safe walking through a black neighborhood as elsewhere. Or, do you believe all black neighborhoods are crime-ridden by virtue of being black?

The dangerous ones definitely outnumber the safe ones. For every 1 Black neighborhood that is perfectly safe for White folks to venture into there are 10 that are not.

Can you support your claim with facts, or is this simply your “unbiased” opinion?

Then do yourself a favor and stay out of them if you don't think you are going to be safe.

You don't have to be raised in a ghetto to know how to act in one.

Of course if you are bigoted, biased, think you are better than the people there based on some perceived superiority and intimidated, then chances are people in the neighborhood will pick up on that and act toward you accordingly.

If most Black neighborhoods are perfectly safe areas with low crime rates, why are Blacks overrepresented in the prison population.
Is there soME government F.B.I conspiracy to frame Black people for crimes they didn't commit ?
