You know what would be really interesting? To have an extremely poor family when the lottery but instead of having them spend it on worthless, luxuries items, they save it to accumulate wealth and build a networth for future family members. I think that would be the best way to go.
How do you feel about programs such as the HOPE Scholarship? Isn't it a good use of lotto money?
