Is there a box 3, come on now people, both party's currently are a freaking joke, they need to get off of their high horses both of them, and fix what needs fixing, instead of acting elementary and childish.

Which is the best: the Republican Party versus the Democrat Party

I have to choose "versus".

Personally I would like a slightly more liberal government that has less of a desire to intervene militarily. I think that we have work to do here, and we should focus on reducing on oil dependence. We should focus on retooling the manufacturing sector to make it more green as to be more self reliant. I think that this party should be focused on education for the masses as well as healthcare for the masses. However, I think that it should be very fiscally responsible. So public pensions should have a high contribution rate. Healthcare should still have a copay. I think that reducing salaries of high end government officials (senators, representatives, etc.) would be good.

So rather than focusing on subsidies for oil, it would be great if this party had the poor and middle classes in mind.
