As not to violate the tos and label any post as extremely stupid, i'll simply ask a question.
This Governor tells the conservative hoards that public sector workers are lazy, corrupt, bankrupting the country, and don't deserve their salaries and benefits.
The only sensible answer to this problem is to elect people like him. These folk were going to make government accountable and fiscally responsible, now this man has been caught stealing from the public in an act so egregious that it can't be rationally explained away.
Stealing? Where's the proof he can't do the job?
Furthermore... is this guy union? Not likely, which means he won't be party to holding taxpayers hostage to greedy demands in perpetuity.
Oh, and as an added bonus, he can be fired without the union protectionism that safeguards the incompetent and lazy.
So teachers who have masters degree don't deserve their $50,000 salary, but a drunk with no degree deserves a $81,000 job????

1) Is this a newly created position?
2) What was the salary of the individual who held the position previously?
3) how do you know he's a "drunk" or was this just to attack? The fact that he's had 2 DUI's means he's driven while drunk, that doesnt mean he is a drunk.
4) I also dont have a degree, and I earn far more than $81K a year.. What are you trying to say?
Did Walker say teachers did not deserve their salaries, or did he argue that they need to be more like us taxpayers and pay more into their benefit and retirement plans??
I love this statement as it shows as it shows how blind partisan hacks are to reality. This is dismissed as not important by GOP'ers because "well the other guys did it first!" So, if everyone jumped off a bridge would you do it too? Just because Democrats make crony appointments, does that make okay for the GOP to do it too?

Its a temporary job , like the last guy he will be out as the Governor loses . Many better candidates have jobs they don't want to give up . Everything he does will be under a microscope , many people don't want to go through that for 80 grand. He was compared to a teacher and their salary , yet no summer off . Look at all the crap he is getting already.

Starting salary eighty thousand plus.

You don't even know what the job is. What, exactly, are his responsibilities, how is he expected to execute them, who does he report to, etc.?
Don't forget that Ted Kennedy was also a drunk driver and actually killed someone. Somehow he landed a taxpayer-funded job that paid much more and required much more responsibility.
