Remove yourself by searching your name, find your page, copy the URL, and then go to the bottom of the page and click the privacy link."

Spokeo just aggregates data that is already available elsewhere. If you are listed in a phone book, own property, or have social networking profiles that are easily accessible (unmanaged privacy settings) they are going to show up on sites like Spokeo, pipl, etc.
Removing your information from Spokeo (if it's even possible) doesn't preclude other sites from getting exactly the same information. In fact, the information will be the same. The only way to avoid having your information aggregated and displayed on sites like Spokeo, pipl, etc., is simply to keep your information from being released to anyone. That's not practical, or in some cases, even possible.
If you need to use social networking, then make sure it is managed properly. Once information is out on the web, it's out for good.
I'm guessing now you've just confirmed your name goes with your email.
I had multiple entries and there is a limit to how many per email can be removed.
