Honestly, I don't support a single stimulus package that got passed, no matter which president was in office. I contacted my reps before the vote on each one, including the one Bush passed, and asked them to vote against it.
But I support anyone who honestly wants to get the spending under control. This country cannot continue to spend the way it has been. End the wars, cut back every aspect of the budget and truly get this country back on the right track.
I don't think Ryan's plan goes far enough, but at least it's a start.
And you support terrorists having drivers licenses?
Nope.

Oh it doesn't bother me. I have means at my disposal to avoid being snooped on by Uncle Sam. I'm more worried about other American citizens who wish to have their privacy preserved.

Not opposed to that at all, so long as FISA protocols are established, or a warrant is issued. The 4th amendment usurps the Stasi Act, always.
So if none of this bothers you, then why are you opposing something you agree with? You after all did list these items and then criticized the votes..
FAIL.. TARP returned billions of dollars to the taxpayers in PROFIT and saved the nation from a complete economic collapse. Using that vote as an indication that they oppose big government is ridiculous, since an economic collapse would surely have meant substantial growth in government..
The bailout for GM and Chrysler was part of TARP..
And you are now telling me we didnt need stimulus spending? Or are you now only objecting to it because it was Ryan that voted for it?
TARP returned nothing. It consisted of printing money we did not have and we are paying for it now with inflation. And the spending did nothing but delay an eventual economic collapse. We can't just print money to get ourselves out of this mess. An economic collapse would be more effectively dealt with by allowing the market to decide where society's resources should be allocated. Let the unsuccessful firms fail and be replaced by more efficient firms. Growth in government is not the way to deal with it. It doesn't have to be that way. We do have a choice.

Why do you oppose doing surveillance on terrorists?
no child left behind means that even if you only show up to class but read a book or hand in an assingment or never learn anything you can still graduate high school.
It was put in place so the feelings of the kids would not be hurt .Because he/she was kept behind a year to repeat a grade to learn the material.
pretty much they have no chance of getting into a college or trade school. So, no post secondary education or chance of becoming a journeyman in the skilled trades is in their future .
